Doors that
close right.

Sticking, dragging, won't latch, won't close — or a brand-new install. Doors are one of the calls we get most, and we fix the ones that have been fighting you for years.

What We Do

Hung, aligned,
and latching right.

New installs or stubborn repairs — interior, exterior, sliding, and everything in between. If it's a door, we handle it.

— 01

Interior Door Installation

Pre-hung or slab. We frame square, shim plumb, set the reveal even all around, and hang it so it swings smooth and latches on the first try.

— 02

Exterior & Entry Doors

Front, back, and patio doors. Weather-tight installs with proper sealing, solid thresholds, and locksets that line up — security and curb appeal both handled.

— 03

Won't Close / Won't Latch

The classic. Doors that stick, drag on the floor, or won't catch. We find the real cause — settling, swollen wood, loose hinges, bad strike alignment — and fix it for good.

Book This
— 04

Sliding & Barn Doors

Closet sliders, pocket doors, patio glass sliders, and modern barn-door hardware. We true the track, level the header, and set the rollers so they glide instead of fight.

Book This
— 05

Storm & Screen Doors

Storm doors, screen doors, and retractable screens. Installed square so they self-close, seal against drafts, and never slam.

— 06

Locksets, Handles & Hardware

Deadbolts, smart locks, handlesets, hinges, weatherstripping, and door sweeps. Re-keying, alignment, and the little adjustments that make a door feel solid.

How We Work

Five steps from
stuck to smooth.

1

You Show Us

Send photos of the door — how it sits in the frame, where it sticks, the hardware you want. We talk it through before quoting.

2

We Quote

Honest hourly pricing. If a new door or hardware is needed, we list it at cost. The number we quote is the number you pay.

3

We Diagnose

A sticking door is usually a symptom. We find the real cause — hinges, frame, swelling, strike plate — before we cut or shim anything.

4

We Fix It

Plane, shim, re-hang, or install new. Square frame, even reveal, smooth swing, clean latch. Hardware set and tested.

5

All Done

We open and close it with you a dozen times — no sticking, no dragging, latches every time. Cleanup done. Pay on completion.

What We Use

Tools & materials
we trust.

Sharp blades, true levels, and material that holds up. We don't fight bad tools or fight cheap wood.

DeWalt

Planer, circular saw, finish nailer

Festool

Router, track saw, dust extraction

Milwaukee

Drill driver, impact, jigsaw

Stabila

Levels — 24", 48", 78"

Jesse and El came out to my home, a very professional husband and wife team. I had my entire home renovated with new baseboards. These two are not only amazing people but they're amazing worker bees!! They are perfectionists and I'm very PROUD of not only the work they do, but who they are as people!

We hired Rinelli Services to install cabinets at a home in Tahitian Village in Bastrop. They work as a great team! Not only are they very kind, courteous and respectful, they went above and beyond. The cabinets were perfectly level and the trim work was impeccable. I highly recommend them for any remodel or cabinet installation.

Jesse and El were wonderful to work with! Responsive over text as we planned out the job, timely and flexible when we realized I bought a hood vent that didn't fit my existing ventilation. They ended up doing a custom job on the fly and rebuilt the ventilation. I'm very excited about the final result, and plan on using them for all future contract projects I need!

Door Questions

Things people ask
about doors.

My door won't close or latch — can you fix it without replacing it?
Almost always, yes. Most "broken" doors just need re-aligned hinges, a moved strike plate, or a little planing where the wood swells and sticks. Replacing the whole door is the last resort, not the first. We fix what you have whenever we can — it's cheaper for you and faster for us.
Should I buy the door myself or do you?
Either works. Many customers pick their own door since style and finish are personal — we'll give you exact measurements so you order the right size and swing. If you'd rather we handle it, we pick it up and bill our cost, no markup. Any discount we get, you get too.
Can you install a pre-hung door in an existing opening?
Yes. Pre-hung doors are actually easier to hang straight than loose slabs. We check the rough opening, shim the frame plumb and square, anchor it solid, and adjust until the reveal is even all around and it latches clean every time.
Do you install smart locks and deadbolts?
Yes — smart locks (August, Schlage, Yale and others), deadbolts, handlesets, and re-keying. We make sure the bore lines up, the strike plate is set right, and the bolt throws smoothly. Battery and app setup is included on smart locks.
How long does a door take?
A simple repair — re-align hinges, fix the latch, stop the sticking — is often under an hour. A pre-hung interior install runs 1–2 hours. Exterior and entry doors take longer with weather-sealing and hardware. We give you a real time estimate up front, billed to the nearest half hour.
Will my floors get scratched during install?
Not on our watch. We lay drop cloths over hardwood and tile, cut on a workbench instead of the floor, and clean up shavings and dust as we go. We treat your floors the way we'd treat our own — because they cost too much to mess up.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. If a door starts sticking, a hinge loosens, or a latch drifts after we've worked on it — we come back and fix it. Doors settle with the house and the seasons, so small adjustments in the first year are normal. We handle those at no charge.
